The Castle Inn is a well-reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for a skilled and professional person for the position House Keeping cum Room Attendant for the hostel customers.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes standards and procedures for the work of housekeeping, ensure the standards are following every time.
• Perform check on all room appliances to ensure that they are in good working condition.
• Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets
• Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass and metal
• Clean and keep the corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times
• Inform valet service to collect clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services
• Checks and secures the rooms and the whole house area.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Complies with the property’s health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies
• Check and report any maintenance work required immediately in coordination with the House Manager.

Requirements:

• Age at least 20 years
• Experience in House Keeping service in any 5 star standard Hotel.
• Knowledge of etiquette and protocol.
• Ability to represent the household.
• Ability to anticipate others’ wishes and adapt accordingly.
• Experience in delivery of a discreet, confidential and unobtrusive service.
