1. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate Bookings: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.
- Non-Refundable Rate Bookings: Bookings made under this rate are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
- Group Bookings (5 rooms or more): Group cancellations require a 14-day advance notice for a full refund. Cancellations within this period will be charged a 50% fee of the total booking amount.
2. Early Departure
- Guests who choose to depart before their scheduled check-out date will be charged for 50% of the remaining nights. Refunds will only apply to the last 50% of the remaining balance for stays shortened after check-in.
3. No-Show Policy
- In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the arrival date without prior cancellation), the reservation will be charged in full, and the booking will be non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
- Method of Refund: All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us to check the status.
- Bank Charges and Fees: The Castle Inn is not responsible for any charges or fees applied by your bank, including currency exchange fees.
5. Reservation Changes
- Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Requests to change a reservation within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night modification fee.
6. Force Majeure
- In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, The Castle Inn will work to reschedule or refund affected bookings as possible.
