Requirements
- S/He must be presentable with decent clothing and composure.
- Must be very punctual and enter office timely every working day.
- Greet visitors/ clients with politeness, and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or by email
- Direct clients to the appropriate person or department based on their inquiry or request.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Communicate with team members to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information.
